Pay Bills

Policy

Privacy Policy

Pay Bills is a private, personal-use application operated for a single owner. It is not offered as a public service.

Information the application accesses

With the owner’s authorization, Pay Bills may access the owner’s Google account identifier and email address, read recent Gmail messages, and create or manage events on calendars owned by that account.

How information is used

Gmail data is used only when the owner starts an inbox review, to identify potential bills, receipts, and payment reminders. Calendar access is used only to create appointments requested by the owner and to confirm that they were created.

Storage and retention

The application and its data are hosted on the owner’s private system. It may retain limited bill-review details such as sender, subject, received date, and a message reference. It does not need to retain full message bodies for ordinary operation. OAuth credentials are stored privately and are not published on this site.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as needed for the owner-directed operation of the application and its infrastructure.

Security

The working application is available only on the owner’s private network. These public information pages contain no mailbox, calendar, account, or payment data.

Your choices

The owner can stop using the application, remove its stored credentials, or revoke its Google access at any time from Google Account settings.

Contact

Questions may be directed to the application owner using the support contact shown on the Google consent screen.
